Ok this is what I have to remember during the week 3 training of the 100 Push Up challenge. Completed day 2 last night and it was very tough. I have a feeling I will need to repeat this week.
The good news is I do feel stronger and am absolutely able to do more push ups so the program is working. I will follow Dory's advice and "just keep swimming... just keep swimming..."
I love that movie and now it is stuck in my head.
